1. What’s Covered

Vention products are covered against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship during the valid warranty period. The warranty period differs by product model. You may check your product packaging or reach out to our support team for exact confirmation.

Once a manufacturing defect is fully verified: 

  • We will replace your product with the identical or equivalent model, and we will communicate and confirm the replacement plan with you in advance. 
  • All replaced products and spare parts become the exclusive property of Vention and will not be returned to you. 

 2. How to File a Warranty Claim

  1. Submit your warranty request via our official email: vention@vention.cn
  2. Prepare and provide all the materials listed below:
    • Valid order number or complete proof of purchase -
    • Detailed written description of the product defect -
    • Photos or videos showing the faulty condition (if applicable) -
    • Product serial number (if printed on your item)

We reserve the right to request you send back the defective product for professional quality inspection. If the manufacturing defect is confirmed after inspection, Vention will bear the return shipping fee for the item. 

3. Required Proof of Purchase

To initiate a valid warranty claim, you must supply one of the following official vouchers issued by an authorized Vention reseller:

  • Original order number 
  • Formal sales invoice 
  • Dated sales receipt

Note: We may require supplementary supporting documents for claim processing in certain scenarios, such as payment transfer receipt or original shipping address confirmation. You also need to provide defect description and visual evidence (photos/videos) of the fault where available. 

4. What’s Not Covered Under This Warranty

  • Products without complete and valid proof of purchase 
  • Goods whose warranty term has expired 
  • Damage caused by improper use, dropping, liquid exposure, extreme hot/cold temperatures or incorrect operation 
  • Any disassembly, modification or repair carried out by unauthorized third-party personnel 
  • Products purchased from unapproved, non-authorized resellers 
  • Lost or stolen merchandise 
  • Complimentary promotional free items 
  • Normal wear and tear and other non-manufacturing quality issues  

5. Shipping Cost Responsibility

6. Important Terms & Liability Exclusions 

  1. This warranty automatically terminates if you sell, gift or transfer ownership of the product to a third party.
  2. All maintenance, labor and component fees for repairs required after the warranty expiration shall be fully borne by the buyer.
  3. Vention shall not be held responsible for any data loss incurred during the usage of our products.
  4. Do not include personal belongings inside the package when returning goods. We only arrange shipment back for the product itself and will not be liable for lost personal items.
